- Meet Fiveways Construction
Melbourne Renovations With a Guaranteed End Date
Most renovation horror stories aren’t about bad tiling. They’re about a four-week job still going in week eleven, with nobody on site and nobody answering the phone.
Jobs stall in the gaps between trades, so we don’t leave any. Fiveways Construction is a family-owned construction company working right across Melbourne, and with over 20 years’ experience our team manages the whole job, from design to demolition and fit off to final clean. Every trade is booked in before we start, so you get a finish date you can plan around and a home back in weeks rather than months.

- Why Choose Us
Why Choose Fiveways Construction
Guaranteed Turnaround Times
Your renovation gets a completion date before work starts. We schedule every trade into the job up front, so the date we quote is the date you get.
Family Owned and Operated
Fiveways Construction has been renovating homes across Melbourne for over 20 years. The same people quote your job and manage it through to handover.
Fully Insured, Every Job
Every job we take on is covered by $20M public liability, from a single bathroom through to a full extension, and our workmanship is backed after handover. If something needs attention once we are gone, you call us and we come back out.
- What We Do
Renovation Services We Provide
Bathroom Renovations
We strip the room back and rebuild it, handling waterproofing, tiling, plumbing, electrical, vanities and screens. Every trade is booked in before we start, so you will be surprised how quickly your bathroom is back in use.
Kitchen Renovations
New cabinetry, benchtops, splashbacks and appliance installation, with the plumbing and electrical running on the same schedule. You get a date for your kitchen being back in service, and that is the date we work to.
Home Extensions
Additions that add usable space to your home. We handle the slab, frame, roof and internal fit out, then finish the new space to match the existing house.
Commercial Renovations
Fitouts and full internal renovations for commercial premises. We work around your trading hours and hold the public liability cover commercial sites require.
- Fiveways Construction Renovation
One Team to Manage Your Renovation
Your renovation runs on one schedule, built before the first wall comes down. We sequence the demolition, the trades, the fit off and the final clean in order, then hold each trade to its dates.
Master bedroom renovations sit inside the same scope, along with concrete cleaning and painting for driveways, paths and outdoor areas, so the outside of the property matches the work done inside.
Bathrooms and kitchens are back in use in weeks. Extensions and commercial fitouts run longer, and those are dated up front too.

- Fiveways Construction Roof Restoration
Roof Restorations Across Melbourne
A roof restoration is a full clean, repair and recoat of your existing roof, and it brings the roof back to condition without the cost of a replacement.
A restoration runs through 6 stages. We inspect the roof, clean it back, repair tiles and flashings, rebed and repoint the ridge caps, treat any rust, then seal and coat the surface.
Roof cleaning, painting, repairs, repointing and rust proofing are each available on their own if that is all your roof needs. Either way you get a start date, a finish date, and a roof sealed against Melbourne’s wet winters and summer sun.
- Our Roof Restoration Services
Roof Restoration Services We Provide
Roof Inspection
We'll get up on the roof, check the tiles, flashings, valleys and ridge caps, and tell you what the roof needs and what it doesn't.
Roof Cleaning
High pressure cleaning strips off moss, lichen and built up grime. Organic growth holds moisture against the tiles, which shortens the life of the roof.
Roof Repairs
We'll replace cracked and slipped tiles and repair damaged flashings and valleys, tracing a leak back to its source rather than patching where the water shows.
Repointing
Ridge cap mortar breaks down over time, and most roof leaks start there. We rebed the caps and repoint with flexible pointing that moves with the roof.
Rust Proofing
Rust treatment for metal roofs, gutters and valleys. Treated early it stays a repair, so we deal with it during the restoration rather than after it.
Roof Painting
A membrane coating system seals the roof against water and UV, and it is the stage that finishes the restoration. Colour choice is yours.
